Mercai
PET – MER22 – 0.82 is a PET copolymer with easy plasticization and low
recrystallization speed, ideal for stretch blow molding. It offers excellent color, clarity, and
dimensional stability, preventing shrinkage and expansion even after post-fill heat treatment. It is
used in heat-set and hot-fill bottles for juices, teas, sports drinks, and foods, as well as
pasteurized bottles for beer, flavored alcoholic beverages, personal care, and carbonated
drinks. It complies with FDA regulations for certain food applications, is lightweight, shatterproof,
non-toxic, colorable, and fully recyclable.
